Ki is OK… I had to take him to the Animal Hospital this evening. He kept scratching his ear and when I looked inside his ear it was red and I thought it was blood.

He had to be sedated as he would not let anyone touch him and he was growling. It was so unlike Ki. It broke my heart to see him in such pain.

What they found was a bur deep inside his ear and what I thought was blood was not. He did not punctured his eardrum and it was an infection that is treatable.
